According to a police report obtained by the Times, a 21-year old man accused Kavanaugh of throwing ICE at him.

A former classmate of Brett Kavanaugh recently alleged Kavanaugh threw beer in a mans face during a bar altercation in the 1980s.

Cozzolino "was bleeding from the right ear", according to the report, and he was later treated at a local hospital.

Dudley, who after Yale went on to the National Basketball Association and was the Republican nominee for governor of OR in 2010, has spoken out in support of Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination and disputed reports that he drank excessively.

Ludington said he felt it was his civic duty to tell of his experience drinking with Kavanaugh, and said in his statement he is going to take his information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

President Trump mocks Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony
Collins, a Republican from ME , similarly condemned Trump's comments, telling CNN's Manu Raju they "were just plain wrong". According to a recent Harvard CAPS-Harris poll, only 37 percent of registered voters want their senator to confirm him.

Retired FBI agent Chuck Stuber, who spent his career investigating high-profile political corruption cases in North Carolina, including John Edwards, Jim Black and Mike Easley, said Ludington could be an important witness in the Kavanaugh case because he calls into question the credibility of the judge's testimony at the Senate hearings.

Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh appears before the Senate Judiciary Committee during his Supreme Court confirmation hearing in the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill September 4, 2018 in Washington, DC. Kavanaugh denied before the Senate Judicary Committee last week all allegations of sexual misconduct, and said he'd never drank to the point of blacking out.

The White House had questioned the Times' motivation in writing the story because one of its authors, Emily Bazelon, criticized Kavanaugh in July after he was nominated to the court by President Donald Trump.

Kavanaugh has categorically denied any and all accusations, saying last week this was a targeted attack against him motivated Democrats' resentments.

What the incident illustrates about Kavanaugh "is just the aggressiveness that came along with the alcohol, the hair-trigger machismo, which was pathetic", he said. Back in college, Trump's nom went to a UB40 show, then tried to pick a fight with someone he thought was the lead singer.

Facebook Hack Could Have Compromised Instagram And Many Other Apps Too
It's also not yet clear who is behind the attack on Facebook, or whether the attacks were targeted, and the reason behind it. So far, though, none of these issues have significantly shaken the confidence of the company's 2 billion global users.

A White House spokesman did not respond to emails about Ludington's account.

As Ludington recalls, the group were drinking heartily when they spied a fellow bar patron that they felt resembled UB40's lead singer, and were staring at the man in an attempt to figure out if that was indeed who he was.

"I will say it again, we drank in college", he said.

The audience laughed as the president said: "Thirty-six years ago this happened: I had one beer!"

On Sunday, Ludington said publicly that he meant to discuss the incident with Federal Bureau of Investigation agents in Raleigh, N.C., where he is an associate professor at North Carolina State University. "I've got boys and I've got girls, and when I see what's going on right now, it's scary", Trump Jr said in the interview to Daily Mail TV, prompting a question about who he anxious for more. For the fact is, at Yale, and I can speak to no other times, Brett was a frequent drinker, and a heavy drinker.
