  • Trump urges Mueller to admit conflict of interest in pending investigation

And I have said that over and over again - collusion is not a crime'. Now why do I say that?

"You've forfeited your law license, as far as I'm concerned", Giuliani said.

His is the first trial in the Russian Federation investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, looking at whether the Trump campaign worked with Moscow to sway the result of the 2016 election. Four members of the Trump campaign also have been charged, but they were not directly linked to collusion.

Trump and Giuliani's stance has moved from there was "no collusion" to "collusion is not a crime" after the U.S. President's former lawyer Michael Cohen alleged that then candidate Trump knew about a meeting between his son and a Russian lawyer at the Trump Tower in NY.

The meeting was also attended by former campaign chair Paul Manafort, whose role Giuliani diminished Monday, and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner.

"We are fully confident of the accuracy and reliability of the information that has been provided by Donald Trump Jr.in the various investigations", Futerfas said in a statement.

The artefacts are gold-plated and adorned in precious stones and pearls though their exact value is unknown, The Sun reports. They were buried in the cathedral which is located some 58 kilometers (37 miles) west of Stockholm .

Trump regularly repeats the denial on Twitter and in remarks.

Trump and Giuliani's views of Cohen have soured recent weeks, especially after it was revealed that several audio recordings between the President and his former confidant were among evidence produced from the raids. Asked about what specific conflict the president was referring to in a Monday interview with CNN, Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani described it as a "dispute" but left it to the president to further characterize his complaint. "That's up to the president and Mueller to describe, it's not part of my legal representation".

'Because he has the conflict, not the president, ' said Giuliani.

'Why don't you write a report and show us what you have, because they don't have a goddamn thing, ' Giuliani said. He claimed that Mr Mueller's team is filled with Democrats.

'The president has always had a soft spot for Cohen.

"This is a bad situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further", Trump said.

The Dems are Still Trying to Create 'Dark Files' on President Trump
In April, Trump said in a tweet that Cohen is "a fine person ... who I have always liked & respected". A statement from Donald Trump Jr. one day earlier made no mention of Clinton.

Trump fumed about what he claimed were conflicts of interest on Twitter Sunday.

The President has repeatedly denied that there was any collusion between his campaign and Moscow, and he told The New York Times in December that "collusion is not a crime".

In the tweets, Trump largely resurfaced previous issues he has with the investigation, claiming Mueller personally has conflicts of interest - including a "contentious business relationship" - that should preclude him from running the investigation, accusing Mueller of bringing on too many Democratic investigators, and making a false claim about the origin of the Russian Federation investigation. Trump has also asserted he didn't know about the meeting.

Giuliani also said it "sounds suspicious" that only one of 183 Cohen recordings obtained from Federal Bureau of Investigation raids on his home and office has Trump on it.

Giuliani on Monday focused his conversation on recently released tapes between Cohen and Trump and between Cohen and CNN host Chris Cuomo, which Cohen secretly recorded.
