  • Charlie Rose just got hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit from 3 women he worked with at CBS including his personal assistant

Their lawsuit, filed in New York State Supreme Court on Friday, alleges that the three women were subject to "blatant and repeated sexual harassment" by the former CBS anchor, and then suffered "subsequent unlawful retaliation".

Two of the plaintiffs, Brooks Harris and Chelsea Wei, worked with Rose at "CBS This Morning", where he was a co-anchor until his November 21 firing.

Three women are suing Charlie Rose and CBS News for sexual harassment and discrimination.

On one occasion, according to the lawsuit, Rose also ordered Harris and McNeal to visit him at his home and told them, "I better not hear any stories about two young women swimming naked together" in his pool.

CBS News said Rose's employment was "terminated" after "extremely disturbing and intolerable behavior".

"During the week of May 2, 2017, Mr. Kadro approached Ms. Wei from behind, while Ms. Wei was seated at her desk and as an act of sexual harassment, kicked and shoved Ms. Wei's chair with substantial force, startling, intimidating and scaring Ms. Wei", the lawsuit states.

The three women claim Rose had a nasty side, berating them for booking the incorrect flights and calling them idiots.

After the bombshell story, Rose admitted to some of the allegations but has claimed there was no wrongdoing. McNeal, who became his executive assistant previous year, said he had inappropriately touched them and repeatedly made sexual remarks.

CBS News has selected Dickerson as Charlie Rose's replacement on the "CBS This Morning" program, pairing him with current anchors Gayle King and Norah O'Donnell. CBS "did not investigate the complaint, and did not take any remedial action", the lawsuit alleges.

Among the allegations: Rose repeatedly sexually touched the women, including "caressing and touching their arms, shoulders, waist and back, pulling them close to his body and kissing them on the cheek". Rose referred to Ms. Wei as "China Doll". He later offered her a job with his company, which produced "The Charlie Rose Show" which aired on Bloomberg and PBS. Rose's misconduct, before an article by The Post (published in November). The woman said she complained to PBS management and was told that Rose was harmless.

CBS News did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Ms. Wei has been on medical leave since March, the suit said.

The Post has since reported that a total 35 women have come forward with allegations against Rose, whom one former intern reportedly said "falls toward the worst end of the spectrum" of sexual harassment. Hours later, three new accusers at CBS News made further claims against Rose.
