Nasim Aghdam, an Iranian native who was in her late 30s, posted the videos under the online name Nasime Sabz, and a website in that name decried YouTube's policies, saying the company was trying to "suppress" content creators.

Barberini said there is no indication to suggest that Aghdam had any personal relationship with any of the victims. "Right now I'm thinking, she never hurt one ant".

The YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California came under weapons fire on Tuesday, April 3, which resulted in three injuries and one death. Ismail Aghdam said his daughter was not a terrorist and she was not violent. On Thursday evening, customers streamed in and out carrying rifle cases, and an assortment of shotguns and rifles for sale were on display behind the counter.

Early Tuesday morning - hours before she opened fire at YouTube - they received a call from Mountain View Police, who said they found her sleeping in her auto, that she said she was in town looking for a job, and that she exhibited no menacing behavior.

Police say so far the only connection they can find between her and YouTube is her anger that the service had recently changed how she was compensated for posting videos.

People in Iran expressed pity and shock that Aghdam would shoot others in a country that allows more social media freedom.

Her apparent website, meanwhile, featured her now-defunct videos, materials supporting her vegan beliefs and often-graphic footage of animal abuse - along with a vitriolic statement making clear her feelings about YouTube.

YouTube had no comment about any actions related to Aghdam's videos.

But it's unclear whether the brother's concerns were relayed to authorities in the Bay Area, San Bruno police Chief Ed Barberini told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Wednesday.

At the same time, Aghdam left little doubt about her grievance with YouTube. They didn't even know she had a gun.

It was a nice day at the #YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California until a woman, who was identified as Nasim Najafi Aghdam came into the headquarters and injured three people.

The San Bruno Police Department identified Nasim Aghdam, 39, of San Diego as the YouTube campus shooter on April 3.

Police officials said the building would be closed to normal business for a couple of days, and employees would work at other campuses.

It was a 9mm Smith and Wesson that had a capacity of 10 rounds.

Salman Khan bail plea: Jodhpur sessions court to decide on 7 April
Simi Garewal, on the other hand, believes that it was not Salman who killed the two blackbucks on that fateful night. Salman's body language inside police station along with other constables clearly speaks volumes about the actor.

He said the 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun was legally purchased January 16 and registered in her name. To purchase the firearm, Aghdam would have had to pass a background check that reviewed any criminal history, DMV records, outstanding warrants, restraining orders and mental health holds.

Nasim Aghdam's family accused police of ignoring their warnings about the unhinged woman and failing to prevent her attack - but police have said she appeared calm 12 hours before the incident.

Officers spent almost two hours Wednesday at the Jackson Arms Shooting Range in South San Francisco, a few miles from YouTube headquarters.

Law enforcement personnel outside of the YouTube headquarters.

"At no point did her father or brother mention anything about potential acts of violence", the police statement continued. One of the victims - a 36-year-old man - remains in serious condition, a spokesman for Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital said.

Two women wounded in the shooting were released Wednesday from a San Francisco hospital.

San Bruno police officers arrived at YouTube two minutes later and began combing the area for a suspect as employees fled, said Jackson. The video platform has since responded, stating that it will increase the security across all of its offices worldwide to ensure employee safety.
