The reboot of the hit show, which stars Roseanne Barr and John Goodman, was the most-watched show on USA television on Tuesday night with an audience of 18.2 million Americans.

The news media offered an enthusiastic response to the reboot of Roseanne Barr's classic sitcom, which debuted in 1988 during the Reagan presidency and ran for eight years.

Is Roseanne a Trump supporter in the revival? Yes.

South Korea Agrees to Further Open Auto Market to US
Under the current FTA, the United States is required to remove a 25 percent import tariff on South Korean pickup trucks by 2021. South Korean steel companies said had wanted a larger quota of tariff-free exports to the United States.

But ABC's Roseanne revival is television's biggest comedy premiere in more than three years thanks to Tuesday night's massive audience.

The highly-anticipated return of one of television's most iconic characters didn't disappoint Tuesday night, with over 18 million viewers tuning in as "Roseanne" posted the highest ratings of the season across the board.

Roseanne's sister Jackie (multiple Emmy victor Laurie Metcalf) sports a "Nasty Woman" T-shirt and pink hat of the type worn at women's marches against the Republican president's administration.

Erdogan and European Union make slow progress at key summit
Borissov said that "I think that before the end of our EU presidency (the end of June) another EU-Turkey summit will be held". "But if you can not we will suddenly enter Sinjar one night and clear this region of terrorists".

"Roseanne" is among the recent wave of reboots now on TV or in the works, including "Murphy Brown", "Magnum P.I.", "Charmed" and "Fuller House", which premiered on Netflix.

In both categories, Roseanne was the top regularly scheduled broadcast this season, and the premiere even outpaced (by 10%) the 16.6 million recorded for its May 1997 series finale.

It probably helped that ABC aired back-to-back episodes of the show from 8 to 9 p.m. But unlike Will & Grace, or any other scripted offering on U.S. TV at the moment, Roseanne presents a more varied take on Donald Trump's America. Instead, the series instead intelligently gave honest portrayals of the political and social conversations friends and family are constantly having today.
