A 911 recording of the anguished mother screaming 'she's frozen!' has been released, with the operator calmly telling her to perform CPR on the child. She is ice cold!

"She's frozen! She's frozen!" the mother screamed frantically.

On Feb. 2, a 2-year-old in OH was found frozen to death on her front porch.

Akron police said around 3:30 Friday afternoon, they were called to the apartment on Doty Drive.
