  • Jaguar I-Pace debut confirmed for March 1, completes winter tests (video)

It says the low-slung five-door wagon will offer fast-charge functionality from zero to 80 per cent of battery capacity in less than 45 minutes using a 100kW DC charger.

The all-wheel drive powertrain is ready for the winter conditions.

Order books for the highly anticipated electric Jaguar I-Pace are set to open on 1 March following a global premiere at the Geneva Motor Show.

"Allied with the versatile credentials of our celebrated Pace family, this will be an electric performance SUV like no other".

Free Celebration Pack given to all players
The buzz leading up to the release of Monster Hunter World was considerable, and it seems like Capcom is now reaping the rewards. Players who don't have a PS4 save for " Street Fighter V ", as well as Xbox One players, are not entirely missing out, too.

The vehicle transforms the electric driving experience and offers the kind of driver-focused performance and response Jaguar is renowned for.

The British marquee showcased the I-Pace Concept at the 2016 Los Angeles Motor Show.

Jaguar has today also confirmed the I-PACE, which is around the same size as its F-PACE SUV, will bring "rapid charging and rapid performance". Jaguar tells SlashGear that 100 kW isn't the ceiling on the I-PACE's charging potential, just the latest figure it's choosing to announce ahead of the EV's official launch.

"Driving the concept on the streets is really important for the design team". Or are they still prohibitively expensive for you to make the leap? This isn't just a concept.

How am I supposed to know? It's a pretty great commercial and it's hilariously on-brand for Cardi B, so check it out above. The full 90-second spot will air during Sunday's game.

Furthermore, as evidenced by this YouTube video showing a potential Scandinavian customer testing the all-wheel drive SUV in Arctic conditions, the I-PACE will also be capable of "sports auto performance".

That system requires the electric Jaguar to stay plugged in while parked, though we suspect the company has spent a fair bit of time testing how the battery holds up after multi-day "cold soak" periods at those temperatures.

Autoblog points out when the vehicle was first announced in the summer of 2016, Jaguar touted two hours for an 80% charge, so it's a big leap forward.

Set to debut at the Geneva motor show, Jaguar has chose to demonstrate the I-Pace's ability to deal with the arctic conditions of nations like Sweden, with temperatures as low as -40 degrees Celsius in the region.
